Jose Auriemo Neto is a Chairman and the CEO of the Brazilian JHSF Par group of companies. He started working with JHSF Par as the Chief Executive Officer in 2003. Mr. Auriemo Neto has worked in JHSF Par companies since 1993; he is the one who founded JHSF’s service departments. By making the management of parking lots Company known as Parklemin 1997, JHSF started becoming bigger, expanding its service. Jose Auriemo Neto later began the project in the department of shopping centers in 1998 by obtaining the right of bringing up Shopping Santa Cruz, responsibly implementing and managing it.

Mr. Jose Auriemo Neto’s service as the Chief Executive Officer of JHSF Participacoes started in 2006 and ended in 2014. Then, he still served as its Board Member of Executive officers from 26th March in 2009. Mr. Neto served YPO as an Executive Officer in the periods between 2003 to 2004 and 2004 to 2005. Since 29th April 2011, he has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Director at JHSF Participacoes. The company is a leader in the development of real estates, based in Sao Paulo, and has always been involved in premier commercial and residential properties since 1972. JHSF deals with investments like upmarket apartments, shopping malls, luxury hotels, and international business airports.

Apart from his interests in hotel and office buildings, Jose Auriemo Neto works on administering the JHSF’s extensive portfolio in shopping and retail. In 2009, Jose Aurelio Neto oversaw the company’s first elevating deal, which made them sign an exclusive agreement of partnership with Herms Jimmy Choo, and Pucci, and opened a very luxurious outlet brand in JHSF called Cidade Jardim Shopping complex. The construction of Cidade Jardim made Jose Auriemo Neto introduce other high profile global brands around Brazil. The most of his responsibilities were the management of the company’s interest in the construction projects and the buildings.
